Arts Emergency

Sophie Stevens

Interior Designer

I was a grade A grammar school student and when it came to deciding what to study at university I opted for the money-making opportunities guaranteed by a law degree rather than pursuing studies in interior/architectural design. Spending my days looking at the architecture of the City and having rearranged the office several times over avoiding my law work, I realised I was in the wrong profession. I retrained and now have a small but growing interior design practice. We specialise in high-end residential projects and despite a lack of sleep and the odd days where things don’t go as planned, I love my job.
